@kdfrawg I did. I was shaking my head when I was reading about it. It's another accident that was completely preventable and one where checklist usage was marginal at best. There was a report that came out last month that found that 16% of biz-jet crews don't use checklists. The study was done after the Gulfstream G-IV crash in Bedford, MA a couple of years ago, which if haven't read about is another one that makes you shake head and scream "Why?" to the crew.
