I was presuming it was run by the local office. Still sad, regardless of who runs it

are you that surprised though?

I think we figured out what caused it. In their response, they explained that EasilyDo Email never moves emails but that the EasilyDo Smart Assistant app can move emails, depending on settings. The emails that were moved were sent to an account I had setup in Smart Assistant long ago, I never really used the Assistant app and deleted it long ago. Both apps create cards for travel info, bills & receipts, package tracking info, etc. I'm guessing that Email uses almost the same, if not the same processing logic as Smart Assistant (which makes sense, since both apps do some of the same things) and that somehow Email picked up on the preferences that had been set for that account in Smart Assistant and used those preferences with the receipt emails. I re-downloaded Smart Assistant, tweaked the settings, and deleted my account from it. We'll see if that helps.

I sent another email this morning, and they responded that they sent a response yesterday. I never got it but they wanted to make sure I got their messages this morning before they sent it again

no, it was a free app. The sudden lack of communication concerns me. I had received two separate same-day responses. The second same-day response was them saying that the app doesn't auto-moves emails, and nothing since. I'm starting to think that they may be ignoring my emails in the hopes I will go away. I think Three business days is more than enough time to respond to an email which was sent in reply to support email response.

so…I have yet to receive a response from EasilyDo. I've got a blog post ready to go about it, but I'm giving them a little more time to respond.

sweet. I know it's incomplete but it looks nice so far

If there was an update on it's status, I missed it

I'm presuming Cappuccino is still in an alpha state.

I agree, they both have their positives and negatives. I'm leaning toward the .org site but understand not wanting to fuss with stuff as much.
