@kdfrawg @larand Here are some pics of the land. It's in a "neighborhood" but that is a very loose definition. the covenants allow for horses and other livestock within reason (no working cattle or goat farm type stuff)

Well…We bought some land today. 4 acres in Greenville, NC. It's in the school district we wanted and in the area we wanted. We close in about three weeks. We close on our current house in 9 days.
