Power yes. There are power lines already up from a trailer that used to be there, so there would be minimal expense to run lines from there to the house.

Water, yes/no. There is municipal water in the area but we would have to run the water line to the property. We think there may be a municipal water line that on the property behind what we're looking and we're hoping we can tap into that line if it's there. If not, we would have to run water lines from the two-lane highway to the house, which would easily be a distance of 2,000+ ft depending on where we put the house.

@kdfrawg that it is. I was in Oklahoma City Tuesday morning and it was miserably cold. The temp was around 30° with 20-25 knot winds out of the north.

We met with the owners of the land last week. They seemed to really want to work with us. We're waiting for them to have the land surveyed to see the best way to divide it, so that each plot would have a percable area for a septic tank. Once that's done, we're going to meet again and hopefully agree on price. They said that they were thinking of countering our offer of $60,000 with $65,000. That's more than we were planning to budget for land, but I told Kellan that I don't want to let the land go over $5,000. #nt

@kdfrawg It is. I just left it, too. Spent the night in Flint, MI

@kdfrawg that's never fun. The cold hits NC tomorrow.

We're meeting with the gentleman on Thursday about the land. Fingers crossed.

@kdfrawg Mainly because I leave Saturday.

Me too. I'm hoping they can do it in-store or simply replace the phone.

I've got an appointment set for Friday to get my 6s battery replaced under the repair program. #nt

@kdfrawg Thanks.
