@kdfrawg It does. And another sign/coincidence/take your pick, is that the lawyer who drew up the deed in April when the land was sold is somebody I know.

They do, although sometimes it seems like all they are doing is pushing the hot air around.

Yea, with the heat and humidity the summers can get pretty miserable here.

During the winter, average highs in the 50s and lows in the 30s. http://www.usclimatedata.com/climate/greenville/north-carolina/united-states/usnc0281

Yea. Greenville, North Carolina. 70ish miles east of Raleigh, NC

@kdfrawg thanks Michael.

@kdfrawg small world story (I think I may have shared this last week but can't remember). There is a large wooded area behind the land we're looking at and I met the owner of that land in a Starbucks in Raleigh a couple of weeks ago.

We were waiting for our orders and he asked the best way to get to the PNC Arena (he was going to ref the NC State basketball game) and I told him what I thought but that I wasn't too familiar with that side of Raleigh. He said he was from Greenville and I told him I grew up there and was looking at land and told him where the land was and he started laughing and he said he owned the wooded area at the back of the dirt path
